Relative ordering for event listeners.

Design note

This is intentionally not modeled after any existing game plugin API. The goal is to provide a generic ordering mechanism that can map onto any future platform behavior.

Returns the enum constant of this type with the specified name. The string must match exactly an identifier used to declare an enum constant in this type. (Extraneous whitespace characters are not permitted.)
